Job Description

Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and confident speaking ability in Hindi and basic English to interact with prospective students.

Strong Persuasion Skills: Ability to explain course benefits and motivate leads to enroll in our astrology learning programs.

Customer Handling: Polite and patient approach while handling inquiries, doubts, and follow-ups.

Lead Conversion Ability: Experience in converting inquiries into admissions for courses such as a remedial astrology course or other astrology programs.

Basic Computer Knowledge: Comfortable using CRM systems, spreadsheets, or basic data entry for maintaining lead records.

Follow-up Management: Ability to regularly follow up with interested candidates through calls and messages.

Interest in Astrology (Preferred): Basic knowledge or curiosity about Vedic astrology will be an added advantage.

Target-Oriented Mindset: Ability to work towards daily or monthly call and admission targets.
