Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate is passionate about all things digital, analytical, and highly creative in driving online presence and user engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
Optimize content for the website and social networking channels (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, display advertising campaigns)
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Business Suite, etc.
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on data
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Execute A/B testing and conversion rate optimization strategies
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and analytics
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field
Proven experience in a digital marketing or advertising role (2+ years preferred)
Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Mailchimp, HubSpot (or similar)
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, KPIs, and best practices
Excellent communication and project management skills.
