We are seeking a talented and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing IT solutions company. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, generate
leads, and achieve our sales goals.
Responsibilities:

Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and social media advertising platforms.

Craft engaging email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and convert them into customers.

Create high-quality social media content (text, images, and videos) that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement.

Manage and schedule social media posts across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).

Collaborate with the design team to ensure all marketing materials (graphics, posters, etc.) are visually appealing and align with brand guidelines.

Track and analyse campaign performance using marketing analytics tools and report on key metrics (e.g., website traffic, leads generated, conversion rates).

Stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to optimize campaigns for maximum impact.

Work collaboratively with other departments (e.g., sales, design) to achieve overall marketing goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

1+ years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of success.

Strong understanding of email marketing, and social media marketing principles.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clear and concise messaging.

Proficient in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics platforms).

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent organizational skills and a strong commitment to deadlines.

Passion for IT solutions and a strong understanding of the industry (a plus)
