True Verification Services Location: Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh Department: Marketing Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive who can develop engaging, platform-specific content for our social media channels.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, short-form video content, storytelling, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

• Develop creative ideas for Reels, short-form videos, posts, carousels, stories, and other social media formats.

• Write engaging captions, hooks, scripts, promotional content, and social media copy.

• Plan and maintain a consistent social media content calendar.

• Research current social media trends, formats, sounds, hashtags, and content ideas. • Shoot and edit short-form videos and Reels as required.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create content aligned with company objectives, campaigns, and brand guidelines.

• Create content around company services, industry updates, awareness topics, educational content, and promotional campaigns.

• Repurpose existing content into different formats suitable for multiple platforms.

• Monitor content performance, including reach, engagement, views, and audience response, and suggest improvements.

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, content formats, editing techniques, and platform updates.

• Ensure all content is creative, accurate, brand-consistent, and audience-focused. Required Skills

• Strong creativity and storytelling skills.

• Good knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.

• Experience creating Reels and short-form video content.

• Good writing and communication skills.

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of video editing and content creation tools.

• Understanding of social media algorithms, trends, hashtags, and engagement strategies.

• Ability to generate fresh content ideas independently.

• Ability to work on multiple content projects and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Media, or a related field is preferred.

• Previous experience in content creation, social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role will be an advantage.

• Candidates with a strong content portfolio or social media portfolio are preferred.
