Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive
Location: Rohini Sector 3.
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Experience: 6 months – 1 year (preferred)

Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience running digital ad campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns for better reach and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and run digital ads on social media platforms (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Execute and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads and other ad networks

• Monitor daily performance of ads, track KPIs (CTR, CPC, conversion rate), and optimise accordingly

• Perform boosting and promotion of posts for maximum visibility and engagement

• Generate performance reports and provide data-driven insights

• Stay updated with digital trends, algorithm changes, and new ad strategies

Requirements:

• Experience in running paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms

• Strong understanding of ad performance metrics and optimisation techniques

• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing funnels

• Good communication and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic marketing environment

• It is a Full Time Digital Marketing job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
