We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing agency. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns, handling performance marketing, and building/managing basic websites on WordPress or Shopify.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, set up, and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads for lead generation and sales.
Monitor daily ad performance, optimize budgets, and improve ROAS/ROI.
Build, customize, and maintain functional websites using WordPress or Shopify.
Set up tracking tools, including Meta Pixel, Custom Conversions, and Google Analytics.
Write engaging ad copy and collaborate on creative ideas.
Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports for clients.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Performance Marketer or Digital Marketing Specialist.
Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager and audience targeting.
Practical knowledge of WordPress / Shopify website creation (No complex coding required).
Basic understanding of On-Page SEO and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
