Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and  results-driven  Digital Marketing Specialist with a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with performance marketing, content strategy, SEO/SEM, social media management, lead generation, and marketing automation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and implement effective digital marketing strategies across multiple channels including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven optimizations to maximize ROI and reduce CPA.

• Manage SEO efforts (on-page and off-page), ensuring higher organic visibility and keyword ranking.

• Create and manage content calendars, blog posts, and landing pages optimized for engagement and conversion.

• Coordinate email marketing campaigns and automation workflows using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

• Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and developers to align marketing efforts with branding goals.

• Manage social media platforms, schedule posts, and engage with the audience to increase brand presence.

• Conduct A/B testing on campaigns, ad creatives, landing pages, and CTAs to optimize performance.

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.

• Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other ad platforms.

• Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, GA4).

• Solid understanding of content marketing, keyword strategy, and user behavior.

• Knowledge of email marketing platforms and marketing automation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and project management abilities.

• Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint is a plus.

• It is a Full Time Digital Marketing job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
