About the Role

Vedic Farms is looking for a creative, data-driven, and hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to take charge of our online presence. In this role, you will be the bridge between our brand and our audience, responsible for conceptualizing, executing, and optimizing high-converting Meta advertising campaigns and producing engaging video content that drives results.

Key Responsibilities

Meta Advertising (Performance Marketing)

• Strategy & Execution: Plan, build, and manage end-to-end Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) aimed at driving brand awareness, site visits, and lead generation.

• Optimization: Monitor daily performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and implement A/B testing to refine audience targeting, ad placement, and bidding strategies.

• Tracking & Reporting: Manage pixel implementation, conversion tracking, and retargeting setups to ensure accurate data measurement.

• Budgeting: Allocate and manage ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI.

Video Production & Creative Content

• Editing: Create high-quality, short-form video content (30–60s) tailored for social media ads and organic engagement.

• Creative Assets: Edit raw footage into "native-style" content, incorporating punchy hooks, dynamic captions, B-roll, pattern interrupts, and sound design.

• Trend Alignment: Stay updated on current social media trends and adapt editing styles to match platform-specific best practices (e.g., UGC style, fast-paced retention editing).

Collaborative Growth

• Work closely with the management team to align marketing activities with overall business goals.

• Continuously research competitor activity, market trends, and new advertising features to keep Vedic Farms ahead of the curve.

Requirements

• Experience: 1+ years of hands-on experience in managing Meta Ads and producing social-first video content.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Meta Business Manager, Ads Manager, and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).

• Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and pivot strategies based on performance insights.

• Creative Eye: A proven track record of creating engaging visuals and ad copy that resonates with target audiences.

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Portfolio: Must provide a portfolio or showreel demonstrating successful ad campaigns and video editing work.
