Come up with innovative digital marketing campaigns & strategies
Run ads & measure performance of campaigns
Improve company's social media presence
Identify trends and optimize spends based on insights

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement growth strategies for our YouTube channel

Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails

Improve audience retention and watch time

Perform competitor analysis and keyword research

Create weekly performance reports (views, watch time, CTR, etc.)

Collaborate with the content team to plan engaging and SEO-friendly videos

Use YouTube Shorts and Community Posts to boost engagement

Promote content on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

Stay updated with the latest YouTube SEO trends and algorithm changes

Requirements:

Strong understanding of the YouTube platform (YouTube Studio, Analytics, etc.)

Basic to intermediate knowledge of SEO (especially for YouTube)

Experience with social media platforms and tools (Meta Business Suite, etc.)

Ability to analyze video performance and implement growth strategies

Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva (for thumbnails, etc.)

Self-driven, creative, and result-oriented mindset
