Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive our online presence. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our products and services. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy:
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, search engines, display ads, email, etc.)
Optimize digital marketing strategies based on data insights to ensure ROI.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital initiatives with broader brand goals and objectives.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
Perform keyword research and analysis to optimize web content.
Enhance on-page SEO (meta descriptions, title tags, etc.) for organic growth.
Monitor website performance and use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and report on key SEO metrics.
Social Media Marketing:
Create and manage content across social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
Monitor social media trends and engage with followers.
Develop social media ad campaigns, including budgeting, A/B testing, and analytics reporting.
Email Marketing:
Design, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns (newsletters, product announcements, etc.).
Segment email lists and create personalized messaging to maximize engagement.
Track open rates, click-through rates, and other key email performance metrics.
Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Campaigns:
Manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other PPC platforms to drive paid traffic to the website.
Conduct keyword research and manage ad bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
Content Creation & Management:
Write and edit compelling content for websites, blogs, landing pages, and social media posts.
Work with design teams to create visually engaging digital content (banners, ads, graphics, etc.).
Analytics & Reporting:
Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights to measure and report on the effectiveness of campaigns.
Create monthly/quarterly reports to track campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Branding & User Experience:
Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all digital platforms.
Improve website UX/UI in collaboration with the web development team to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
SEO/SEM Expertise: Knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO practices, Google Ads, and paid social ads.
Content Creation: Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills.
Social Media Management: Proficient in managing and creating content for various social media platforms.
Email Marketing: Experience with email platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar.
Analytical Tools: Proficient with Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and social media insights.
Creative & Design Skills: Experience with basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator) is a plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Project Management: Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Desirable Skills:
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript for basic website management.
Familiarity with A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize).
Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot).
Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications are a plus.
