About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our institute’s online presence. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the education or IT training sector and will be responsible for driving student inquiries, promoting courses, managing digital campaigns, and building a strong brand identity across online platforms.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Student Enrollment
• Run paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms to generate high-quality leads for IT courses.
• Optimize landing pages and enquiry forms for maximum conversions.
• Track, manage, and report leads using CRM tools.
2. Course Promotion & Campaign Management
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns for trending IT courses (e.g., Full Stack, Data Science, Cloud, Cybersecurity, etc.).
• Develop marketing calendars for new batch announcements, webinars, demo sessions, and workshops.
• Perform A/B testing and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
3. Social Media Management
• Manage and grow institute pages on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Create engaging educational content such as reels, testimonials, success stories, and career tips.
• Respond to comments/messages and engage with student communities.
4. SEO & Website Optimization
• Optimize website pages for course-related keywords to increase organic student inquiries.
• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO.
• Monitor website traffic and analytics using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools.
5. Content Creation
• Create compelling content for blogs, emailers, course descriptions, social media posts, and ad copies.
• Collaborate with trainers to create educational and informative content.
6. Email & WhatsApp Marketing
• Run drip campaigns, newsletters, and batch updates to nurture student leads.
• Segment students based on course interest and behavior.
7. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
• Stay updated with trending IT courses and certification demands.
• Evaluate competitor marketing strategies and recommend improvements.
8. Coordination & Reporting
• Work with sales, counseling, and academic teams to align marketing with enrollment goals.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of digital marketing experience
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and lead generation tools.
• Excellent communication and content writing skills.
• Ability to create basic graphics using Canva or similar tools.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead tracking processes.
• Ability to multitask and handle fast-paced marketing requirements.
