Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with 3–5 years of experience to develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of SEO, SEM/PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics, with a proven ability to generate leads and improve online visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Plan and manage SEO activities, including on-page, off-page, technical SEO, keyword research, and link-building strategies.

• Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other PPC campaigns to generate quality leads and improve ROI.

• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

• Plan and coordinate content marketing initiatives, including blogs, landing pages, website content, and promotional campaigns.

• Monitor website traffic, rankings, conversions, and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other marketing tools.

• Conduct competitor and market research to identify new opportunities and trends.

• Create and manage email marketing campaigns and lead-nurturing activities.

• Work closely with the content, design, sales, and development teams to execute marketing campaigns.

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare regular performance reports, and provide actionable insights.

• Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve CTR, conversion rates, traffic, leads, and overall ROI.

• Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates, digital marketing trends, advertising platforms, and industry best practices.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.

• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and Content Marketing.

• Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

• Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console.

• Knowledge of keyword research and SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar tools.

• Understanding of conversion optimization, lead generation, and marketing funnels.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

• Experience working in an IT/SaaS or B2B environment will be an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

• A certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, or Digital Marketing is a plus.
