Role Overview:
We're seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager with proven expertise in Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) to lead paid media strategy and execution for our luxury D2C clients. This role demands both analytical thinking and creative finesse.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta and Google platforms with a focus on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Translate brand objectives into full-funnel media strategies tailored for luxury D2C audiences.
Manage budgets and bids daily to maximize ROAS, LTV, and CAC efficiency.
Build and monitor performance dashboards; deliver actionable insights from campaign analytics.
Conduct A/B testing of creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
Collaborate with creative/content teams to guide ad messaging and visual direction.
Stay on top of platform updates, algorithm changes, and new ad formats to leverage early opportunities.
Work with Shopify, GA4, Meta Pixel, and conversion APIs for accurate tracking and attribution.
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on Meta and Google Ads.
Prior experience working with premium or luxury D2C brands (fashion, beauty, lifestyle, etc.).
Strong command of campaign setup, optimization, and reporting tools.
Understanding of creative best practices for luxury advertising (minimalism, storytelling, aesthetic consistency).
Proficiency with GA4, Meta Events Manager, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, and attribution models.
Data-driven, organized, and growth-oriented mindset.
