Job Description

  • JOB DESCRIPTION

    Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong, consultative relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs, and aligning paid search strategies to drive success.

  • Strategic Campaign Management: Lead the development and execution of paid search strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and SA360, ensuring client objectives are met and ROI is maximized.

  • Optimization and Performance Monitoring: Regularly analyze performance data, including keyword performance, click-through rates (CTR), cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS), to optimize campaigns for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Bid Management: Utilize tools like SA360 and Google Ads to set, manage, and optimize bids for campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and budget parameters.

  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers and Analysts, providing guidance and training on campaign strategies, optimization techniques, and best practices in paid search marketing.

  • Client Reporting & Insights: Provide in-depth analysis and actionable insights to clients through regular reporting, presentations, and strategic recommendations to improve performance and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams such as content, design, and analytics to ensure ad creatives, landing pages, and tracking align with campaign objectives.

  • A/B Testing & Experimentation: Design and manage A/B tests for ad copy, keywords, and landing pages, driving continuous optimization for campaign performance.

  • Market Trends & Best Practices: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies within the paid search space to provide innovative solutions and maintain a competitive edge.

  • Budget Oversight: Manage client budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns are executed within budget constraints while maximizing results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in managing paid search campaigns, particularly on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and SA360.

  • Proven experience in optimizing campaigns for various client goals (e.g., lead generation, e-commerce sales, brand awareness).

  • Expertise in keyword research, bidding strategies, audience targeting, ad copywriting, and performance analysis.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant tools to monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain complex data and strategies to clients clearly.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.

  • Proven leadership skills and experience in mentoring or managing junior team members.

Preferred Skills:

  • Google Ads and Bing Ads certifications.

  • Familiarity with advanced paid search techniques, such as dynamic search ads (DSA), shopping ads, and remarketing.

  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and A/B testing methodologies.

  • Experience with additional marketing platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) or experience in multi-channel marketing strategies.

  • Proficiency with bid management tools such as SA360, Kenshoo, or Marin Software.
