Job Description: Marketing Executive is responsible for developing  and executing  marketing strategies, conducting market research,cold calling ,digital marketing,offline marketing through exhibitions , news paper advertisements,  lead generation, using other marketing channels like to create leads, coordinating campaigns,creating  marketing material and  collaborating with various teams to ensure sales team to align and achieve company goals. The role requires hands on experience in using marketing channels to generate leads and convert in to sales,strong organizational skills, creativity, and excellent communication.

Role: Presales Executive

CTC  Maximum Rs 3.7 Lac  per annum or Rs 30625/- Per month  provided the candidate fulfils  the competencies

Employment type: Full Time-on Roll

Experience Range: Minimum 1 yr. work experience as Marketing executive

Educational Qualification:  Any graduate. Prefer holding a certificate/ diploma/ degree in  Marketing Management  or related field

Key Skills:

·        Understanding of basic sales process like who are the customers, identifying exact customer  segment , knowing the product, positioning of the product, company’s market share, generating leads,competitor’s market share,competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, pricing and knowledge of various models of contract

·        Minimum 1 year experience in handling social media platforms like Linked-in , Instagram , Facebook , You tube and offline channels like publishing advertisements in news papers, holding exhibitions, putting up stalls in housing societies/complexes etc

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Marathi , Hindi , excellent negotiation skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite , social media platforms like linked in , Instagram,Meta, whats app and others

Major responsibilities:

• Social media management: Oversee social media strategy, create engaging content, and manage brand presence on different platforms.

• Market research: Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior and identify new digital marketing trends. 

• Lead and requirement analysis: Assist with lead generation, qualify leads, and conduct market research to identify potential clients. Analyze client requirements to understand their needs and pain points.

• Solution and proposal development: Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to develop customized solutions, proposals, and bids that address client needs.

• Presentations and demonstrations: Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.

• Technical support: Act as the technical point of contact during the sales process, answering client questions and addressing objections.

• Sales strategy: Support the development of sales strategies and tactics and generate reports.
