Job Responsibilities:

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram & YouTube
Handle social media pages (post creation, captions, reels, engagement)
Run paid ads (Meta Ads & Google Ads) to generate leads
Manage lead generation campaigns for flats, villas & plots
Coordinate with sales team and track lead conversions
Create basic creatives using Canva or similar tools
Write content for posts, ads & landing pages
Analyze performance using Google Analytics & Meta insights
Improve website SEO & local listings (Google My Business)

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, SMM & paid advertising
Experience in real estate marketing preferred
Good communication skills (English & Tamil)
Creative thinking & result-oriented mindset
