Job Overview

We are looking for a confident, creative, and presentable digital marketing executive with strong social media management, graphic designing, and video content creation skills. The ideal candidate should be comfortable appearing on camera, creating engaging Instagram Reels, designing attractive marketing creatives, and using tools such as Canva to support the company's digital marketing and branding activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms.

• Create engaging Instagram Reels, short-form videos, stories, and other social media content.

• Confidently appear on camera and create engaging video content to promote the brand.

• Design professional social media posts, promotional posters, banners, creatives, and marketing graphics using Canva or similar graphic designing software.

• Create visually appealing designs for campaigns, promotions, announcements, and brand awareness activities.

• Use Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other relevant design tools to develop marketing creatives.

• Plan and execute social media content calendars aligned with the company's marketing strategy.

• Develop creative concepts for Reels, posts, stories, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.

• Edit videos and images to maintain quality, consistency, and brand identity.

• Coordinate with the marketing and design teams to execute campaigns effectively.

• Monitor social media trends and implement relevant trends in content creation.

• Track social media engagement, reach, and performance, and prepare basic reports.

• Support digital marketing campaigns and overall brand-building initiatives.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduation in any relevant discipline.

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing.

• Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Reels, and short-form video content.

• Strong graphic designing skills for social media posts, posters, banners, and promotional creatives.

• Hands-on experience with Canva is mandatory; knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools will be an advantage.

• Good video editing and content creation skills.

• Confident and comfortable facing the camera.

• Good personality, professional presentation, and creative thinking.

• Understanding of typography, colour combinations, layouts, and visual branding.

• Knowledge of current social media trends and audience engagement strategies.

• Good communication skills and the ability to independently plan and execute content.

• Ability to manage multiple creative tasks and meet deadlines.
  
  Salary & Benefits

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience, practical skills, and interview performance.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates who can independently manage social media, create engaging Reels, design professional marketing posters and creatives using Canva, and confidently represent the brand on camera will be preferred.
