Job Summary:

Battersea is seeking a skilled and result-driven Meta Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram). The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of digital marketing metrics, audience targeting, and ad performance analysis, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.

• Conduct audience research to optimize targeting strategies.

• Monitor campaign performance and deliver insights to improve ROI.

• A/B test creatives, ad copies, and placements for optimal performance.

• Analyze performance data and present regular reports to internal stakeholders.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Meta advertising and digital marketing.

• Collaborate with content and design teams to create effective ad creatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Meta Ads management.

• Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.

• Proven track record of running successful lead generation and conversion campaigns.

• Knowledge of audience segmentation, pixel tracking, and retargeting strategies.

• Excellent analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics.

• Strong communication and reporting skills.

• Ability to manage budgets effectively and drive ROI.
