Key Responsibilities

🔹 Setup and manage ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
🔹 Run targeted lead generation campaigns for service-based and D2C clients
🔹 Keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing strategies
🔹 Analyze ad performance and optimize ROAS
🔹 Work with design and content team for ad creatives
🔹 Maintain budgets, daily checks, and campaign scaling
🔹 Share weekly/monthly ad reports and insights

Requirements

✔️ 6 months to 2 years of experience in paid advertising
✔️ Hands-on with Meta Business Suite & Google Ads
✔️ Knowledge of lead funnels, conversion tracking, and audience building
✔️ Strong analytics and performance mindset
✔️ Team player with fast learning skills

Salary

💰 ₹12,000 – ₹17,000 per month (Based on skillset & experience)
🎯 Performance Incentives available based on campaign results
