Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels (Google Ads, SEO, social media, email marketing, etc.).
Monitor and optimize website traffic and performance (using Google Analytics, SEO tools, etc.).
Create engaging content for blogs, social media, and the company website.
Manage social media platforms and drive audience engagement.
Execute email campaigns and newsletters.
Track and report on campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI.
Stay up to date with digital trends and technologies.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
Generate leads through online and offline sources (LinkedIn, email campaigns, events, etc.).
Schedule meetings, presentations, and product demos with potential clients.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and explore upselling opportunities.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on negotiations.
Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth strategy.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing and/or business development.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, email marketing platforms).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and handle a hybrid role effectively.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
