Digital Marketing Executive

We're looking for a skilled and proactive Digital Marketing Executive with a strong focus on lead generation to join our dynamic team and help us scale our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across digital channels (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Optimize landing pages and funnels to increase conversion rates.

• Manage email marketing and retargeting campaigns.

• Monitor and analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPL, ROI) and make data-driven decisions.

• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.

• Research market trends and competitor strategies.

• Create compelling content for digital campaigns (ads, emails, social posts).

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation.

• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing data.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is a plus.
