Job Description:-
Content & Algorithm Strategy
Work closely with video editors, scriptwriters, and designers
Suggest content formats based on data (news reels, explainers, shorts, carousels)
A/B test thumbnails, hooks, captions, and posting strategies
Stay updated with platform algorithm changes
Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs: views, impressions, CTR, watch time, retention, engagement, and growth
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Identify drop-offs and optimization opportunities
Team & Process Ownership
Guide junior associates handling uploads, metadata, and analytics
Maintain SEO & publishing SOPs for YouTube and Instagram
Ensure content follows platform best practices and brand tone
Required Skills & Experience
3–6 years of experience in YouTube SEO, Instagram growth, or video content optimization
Strong understanding of YouTube & Instagram algorithms
Hands-on experience with
YouTube Studio, Instagram Insights
Knowledge of
trending audio, hooks, retention strategies, and content pacing
Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred (Good to Have)
Experience in education, news, media, or EdTech content
Knowledge of
Shorts monetization & creator analytics
Understanding of
audience psychology & storytelling
