Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Google Ads Specialist to join our real estate firm's marketing team. As a Google Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Google Ads campaigns to drive quality traffic and leads for our real estate listings and services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing Google Ads campaigns, a strong understanding of real estate marketing, and a passion for driving results.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Google Ads strategies to effectively promote our real estate listings and services.

• Conduct keyword research and optimize ad copy to maximize click-through rates and conversions.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting bids and targeting to optimize ROI.

• Create/manage impactful PPC campaigns

• Collaborate with the marketing team to align Google Ads campaigns with overall marketing objectives and strategies.

• Stay up-to-date with Google Ads best practices and industry trends to ensure our campaigns remain competitive.

• Provide regular reports and analysis on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and insights.

• Optimize budgets for maximum ROl

• Analyze data, refine keyword strategies

• Proven Real Estate SEO & SEM Experience

• Proficient in Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager -

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

  Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.

• Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns, preferably in the real estate industry.

• Strong understanding of Google Ads platform, including keyword targeting, ad formats, bidding strategies, and analytics.

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative ad strategies and solutions.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results within deadlines.

• Google Ads certification is a plus.
