About the Role -

We are looking for a creative and proactive Digital Marketing Executive to manage Rupeeland Mart’s online presence, social media activities, community engagement, and marketing creatives.

Key Responsibilities -

• Manage and maintain Rupeeland Mart’s social media pages.

• Create and publish regular content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.

• Handle community posting across relevant groups, communities and local platforms.

• Create attractive posters, promotional creatives, offers and campaign materials.

• Plan and maintain a social media content calendar.

• Write engaging captions, promotional content and basic marketing copy.

• Monitor comments, messages and audience engagement.

• Track social media performance and prepare basic reports.

• Support promotional campaigns, festivals, offers and store activities.

• Coordinate with the HR, Sales and Management teams for content requirements.

• Stay updated with social media trends, reels, content formats and digital marketing practices.

Required Skills -

• Good knowledge of social media platforms and content management.

• Basic knowledge of Canva / Photoshop or similar design tools.

• Good creativity and visual sense.

• Good written and verbal communication.

• Ability to create engaging social media content.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing, hashtags, engagement and social media analytics.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Experience -

0–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management or Content Creation.

Freshers with good creative skills and practical knowledge of social media/design tools can also apply.

Salary: As per experience and interview performance.
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM | 1-hour break.
