Job Overview

Rupeeland Mart is looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow the company’s online presence. The candidate will be responsible for social media management, community posting, content creation, promotional creatives, and digital engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Rupeeland Mart’s social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.

• Create and publish regular social media posts, stories, reels and promotional content.

• Handle community posting and increase brand visibility across relevant online platforms.

• Design attractive promotional posters, banners and social media creatives using Canva, Photoshop or similar tools.

• Prepare captions, hashtags and engaging content for social media.

• Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely posting.

• Respond to comments, messages and customer interactions on social media.

• Promote store offers, products, campaigns and festive promotions digitally.

• Monitor social media trends and suggest new content ideas.

• Track basic social media performance and prepare reports.

• Coordinate with the sales/store team for product information, offers and promotional requirements.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media marketing.

• Creative skills for poster and promotional content creation.

• Knowledge of Canva / Photoshop is preferred.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Understanding of captions, hashtags, reels and social media trends.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Qualification

• Graduation in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or a related field preferred.

• Freshers with good practical knowledge and creative skills can also apply.
