Digital Marketing Executive

Rocket Genies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Digital Marketing Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training sessions on digital marketing concepts, mentoring students, and equipping them with practical, industry-ready skills. The position offers an in-hand salary of 10 to 15k along with a dynamic learning environment and excellent career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver interactive training sessions on Digital Marketing, including SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Google Analytics.

• Prepare and update training materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments.

• Conduct practical sessions, live campaign demonstrations, and hands-on workshops.

• Evaluate trainee performance, provide constructive feedback, and mentor students throughout their learning journey.

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices.

• Guide students in building portfolios, preparing for interviews, and becoming job-ready.

• Collaborate with the content and management teams to continuously improve the training curriculum.

• Support students with real-world projects and case studies to enhance practical learning.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or a related field, with 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Digital Marketing Training.

Candidates should have:

• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Google Analytics.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.

• Hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.

• The ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver engaging training sessions.

• A passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping students build successful careers in digital marketing.
