Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Shift: Night Shift (Mandatory)

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and optimize our online marketing efforts during the night shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving leads, increasing brand visibility, and improving campaign performance across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Social Media, Email, etc.)
Manage and monitor social media pages and online presence
Generate and track leads through paid and organic channels
Analyze campaign performance and prepare daily/weekly reports
Coordinate with internal teams for creatives, content, and promotions
Optimize websites and landing pages for better conversions (basic SEO knowledge)
Stay updated with digital marketing trends and platform updates

Requirements

Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive (BPO/Lead Generation experience preferred)
Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and analytics tools
Basic understanding of SEO, SMO, and email marketing
Ability to work independently during night shifts
Good analytical and communication skills
