Job Overview:

Risezonic is seeking a Ads Expert with hands-on experience in managing domestic and international ad campaigns. The candidate should be proficient in running, optimizing, and scaling Meta Ads and Google Ads for lead generation, e-commerce, brand awareness, and conversion-based campaigns across Indian and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Paid Advertising Management:

• Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) for Indian and international clients

• Create and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping & Remarketing)

• Handle ads for international brands, including audience targeting across different countries and regions

• Manage multiple ad accounts and campaigns simultaneously

Strategy & Optimization:

• Conduct audience research and competitor analysis for global markets

• Implement A/B testing for creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages

• Optimize campaigns for CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions

• Scale winning campaigns while maintaining performance efficiency

Tracking & Analytics:

• Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking

• Monitor ad performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and ad dashboards

• Analyze data and take actionable insights to improve campaign performance

Creatives & Collaboration:

• Coordinate with designers and content writers for ad creatives and copies

• Suggest ad formats such as Reels, Stories, Carousels, Video Ads, and Static Ads

• Ensure ads comply with platform policies and brand guidelines

Reporting & Communication:

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for clients and internal teams

• Share insights, recommendations, and improvement strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads

• Experience running ads for international brands or global campaigns

• Strong understanding of targeting, bidding strategies, and ad funnels

• Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, GTM, and analytics

• Familiarity with lead generation, e-commerce, and brand campaigns

• Ability to manage budgets and deliver ROI-focused results

• Good communication and analytical skills

Preferred (Good to Have):

• Experience with e-commerce ads (Shopping & Catalog Ads)

• Knowledge of international market audience behavior
