Renovate Career Management Services is a growing recruitment and staffing firm serving corporate and hospitality sectors. We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our LinkedIn and SEO initiatives, boost brand visibility, and drive lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:
LinkedIn Marketing

Manage and optimize company page (design, content, branding)

Post regular content: jobs, news, success stories, etc.

Run engagement campaigns (polls, Q&A, spotlights)

Train staff on LinkedIn usage; track analytics

SEO & Website

Conduct audits and improve site structure & speed

Optimize keywords, on-page SEO, and blog content

Drive backlink strategy and local SEO

Monitor results via Google Analytics/Search Console

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s in Marketing, Mass Comm, or related field

2–4 years’ experience in digital marketing (preferably recruitment/B2B)

Skilled in SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs), LinkedIn marketing, and content writing

Self-starter with strong communication skills
