Job Description

REMG is looking for a proactive and organized Marketing Executive to manage digital marketing activities, generate property enquiries, maintain CRM records, and manage the company’s residential and commercial property inventory.

The ideal candidate should have knowledge of digital marketing, social media, lead management, and basic CRM operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns through Meta Ads, Google Ads, and WhatsApp marketing.

* Manage the company’s social media accounts and coordinate property-related posts, creatives, and promotional content.

* Generate buyer and seller enquiries through online marketing activities.

* Capture, categorize, assign, and track incoming leads in the CRM.

* Maintain complete property inventory, including property details, location, price, availability, ownership or builder details, and photographs.

* Regularly verify and update property prices and availability.

* Maintain accurate records of leads, properties, campaign performance, and lead sources.

* Coordinate with the sales team and telecallers to ensure timely follow-ups on enquiries.

* Coordinate with the Business & Operations Coordinator to maintain updated property and dealer/associate records.

* Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, lead generation, and CRM activities.

* Work within approved marketing budgets and suggest ways to improve lead quality.

Required Skills

* Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.

* Familiarity with Meta Ads and Google Ads is preferred.

* Knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.

* Good communication, organizational, and coordination skills.

* Ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks.

* Prior experience in digital marketing, CRM, or real estate marketing is preferred.
