Digital Marketing Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a result-driven E-commerce cum Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). The candidate will be responsible for managing online sales campaigns, optimizing ad performance, and driving revenue growth through paid marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)

• Create and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation and sales

• Manage and support e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.

• Optimize product listings including titles, descriptions, keywords, and images

• Ecommerce listing B2B and B2C Platform.

• Monitor daily ad performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions)

• Perform audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audience creation

• Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives and copies

• Optimize campaigns to reduce ad cost and increase conversions

• Set up and manage tracking tools like Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Conversion Tracking

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads management

• Strong understanding of e-commerce sales funnels and paid marketing strategies

• Knowledge of keyword research, A/B testing, and campaign optimization

• Basic knowledge of SEO and remarketing strategies

• Familiarity with MS Excel / Google Sheets

• Good analytical, communication, and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce or Digital Marketing

• Experience working with an e-commerce brand or digital marketing agency is a plus
