The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our services and enhance brand awareness. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and results-oriented with a good understanding of current digital marketing tools and strategies.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Manage and optimize paid ads for better reach, engagement, and conversions.
Handle social media accounts, post scheduling, and engagement strategies.
Perform keyword research and SEO strategies to increase organic visibility.
Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
Create engaging content in collaboration with the content/design team for posts, reels, blogs, and ads.
Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
Assist in email marketing campaigns, landing page creation, and lead generation activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
Proficiency in running and optimizing Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and web analytics.
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Manager, Canva, and Mailchimp.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or wellness industry.
Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot.
Knowledge of basic design using Canva or Adobe tools.
Understanding of website CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify.
