Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a talented and creative Real Estate Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing targeted digital marketing strategies to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and engage potential buyers and sellers in the real estate market. Your goal will be to effectively promote properties, enhance our online presence, and drive conversions across various digital platforms.

• Real Estate Knowledge: Strong understanding of the real estate industry, buyer and seller behaviors, and the local market dynamics.

• Digital Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in running successful digital marketing campaigns, especially in real estate.

• SEO Skills: In-depth knowledge of SEO strategies for real estate, including on-page and off-page optimization.

• PPC Campaign Management: Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and retargeting campaigns to drive qualified traffic.

• Social Media Management: Skilled in building a social media presence, creating organic and paid campaigns, and engaging with followers.

• Content Creation & Visual Skills: Strong writing skills for property descriptions, blog posts, and ad copy. Experience with photography, video editing, or using tools like Canva for real estate marketing is a plus.

• Lead Generation & CRM Tools: Familiarity with lead generation tools, CRM systems (like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Real Geeks), and email marketing platforms (like Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign).

• Analytical & Data-Driven: Proficient in using Google Analytics, social media insights, and campaign performance data to optimize and report on digital marketing efforts.

• Creative & Strategic Thinking: Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative campaigns that appeal to target audiences.

• Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
