Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute our hospital’s digital presence. The role involves handling social media platforms, creating engaging videos, editing content, and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote hospital services while maintaining healthcare ethics and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, shoot, and edit high-quality videos (Reels, Shorts, Promotional Videos, Doctor Interviews, Patient Awareness Content).
Edit videos using tools such as Canva or similar software.
Manage hospital social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn).
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for hospital services, health packages, and events.
Design and post engaging content including posters, creatives, reels, and stories.
Coordinate with doctors and departments for content planning and approvals.
Ensure all digital content follows hospital branding, NABH guidelines, and patient confidentiality norms.
Monitor campaign performance, engagement metrics, and prepare basic reports.
Handle basic SEO, Google My Business updates, and online reputation management.
Stay updated with healthcare marketing trends and social media algorithms.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Mass Communication, or related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing and video editing (hospital/healthcare experience preferred).
Proficiency in video editing and graphic design tools.
Good knowledge of social media trends, reels, and short-form content.
Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and social media ads is an advantage.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred Candidate:
Experience working in hospital or healthcare marketing.
Comfortable appearing behind the camera and directing shoots.
Understanding of ethical healthcare advertising.
