The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales. This role involves planning campaigns across various digital channels, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Campaign Management
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
Optimize campaigns for performance (CTR, CPC, ROI, conversions).
Manage paid advertising budgets efficiently and report on ROI.
2. Social Media Marketing
Develop, manage, and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms.
Create engaging content calendars (posts, reels, stories) aligned with brand tone and marketing objectives.
Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and analyze page insights.
3. SEO & Website Management
Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO strategies.
Coordinate with web developers/designers to improve website performance and user experience (UX/UI).
Track website traffic, rankings, and conversions using Google Analytics and Search Console.
4. Content Marketing
Plan and oversee creation of blogs, articles, case studies, infographics, and videos.
Ensure content is optimized for SEO and brand consistency.
Collaborate with design and content teams for creative assets.
5. Email & CRM Marketing
Design and execute email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and customer retention.
Segment contact lists and analyze open/click-through rates.
Manage CRM tools to track lead flow and customer engagement.
6. Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze marketing metrics (traffic, conversions, engagement, ROI).
Generate performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
7. Collaboration & Strategy
Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.
Suggest creative growth strategies and campaign ideas.
Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors as needed.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
Creative thinking and content ideation.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Data-driven mindset with analytical ability.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
Certification in Google Ads, SEO, or social media marketing is a plus.
