Digital Marketing Executive

Payonix Technology Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and result-oriented SEO Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for digital marketing and a proven track record of developing and executing effective online strategies to drive business growth. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Manage social media accounts and publish creative, engaging content regularly.

• Conduct on-page and off-page SEO to improve organic ranking and website visibility.

• Monitor analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.) and prepare performance reports.

• Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and optimize for ROI.

• Coordinate with design and development teams to align marketing with brand goals.

• Execute email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot.

• Analyze competitor trends and recommend improvements for growth

• Create, schedule, and optimize engaging social media content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

• Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide data-driven insights.

• Explore new trends and tools to keep our digital presence competitive.

• Handle email marketing campaigns and CRM integrations.

Preferred Skills

• Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and social media marketing

• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs

• Experience with email marketing tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Sendinblue.

• Creative mindset with basic design skills (Illustrator, Canva, Photoshop, or Figma).

• Excellent communication and analytical thinking.

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Qualifications Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Strong understanding of B2B and B2C digital marketing strategies.

• Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot (preferred).

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

• Self-motivated team player with a strong sense of ownership.
