We are looking for a talented and proactive Creative & Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in design, marketing, customer handling, and app backend operations. This role requires a multi-tasker who can create engaging content, manage our digital presence, support customers, and oversee our reward app’s backend activities.
Graphic Design: Create attractive product images, banners, social media creatives, brochures, and marketing materials.
Video Editing: Produce and edit short promotional videos, reels, tutorials, and ad creatives.
Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and manage posts across platforms; increase engagement and followers; maintain brand presence.
Customer Support: Handle customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and app support channels with a positive and helpful attitude.
Meta Ads & Performance Marketing: Run and optimize paid campaigns on Meta; track performance; generate reports; work on ROI-focused strategies.
Reward App Backend Handling: Manage user data, approve redemptions, track points, coordinate with developers, and ensure smooth app functionality.
SEO: Optimize website content, product descriptions, and blogs; improve rankings; perform keyword research and on-page SEO activities.
Strong knowledge of Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva
Proficiency in video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar)
Understanding of Meta Ads Manager & performance-driven ad campaigns
Basic SEO knowledge (keywords, on-page optimization, ranking strategies)
Experience in social media handling (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
Good communication and customer handling skills
Ability to manage backend tasks of apps or online platforms
Creative mindset with attention to detail
