Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc).
Plan, create, and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with brand campaigns and launches.
Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, captions, and short videos showcasing jewellery collections.
Coordinate with photographers, designers, and marketing teams for content creation.
Monitor social media conversations, comments, and messages and respond professionally and promptly.
Track performance metrics, analyse engagement, and prepare basic social media reports.
Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices, especially in luxury and jewellery marketing.
Ensure consistent brand tone, aesthetics, and messaging across all platforms.
