Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns across multiple objectives (leads, conversions, traffic, app installs, etc.)
Conduct audience research, create custom & lookalike audiences, and manage retargeting campaigns
Develop and test ad creatives, copy, and formats to improve CTR, CPA, and ROAS
Monitor daily performance and optimize budgets, bids, placements, and targeting
Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights and performance reports
Collaborate with creative, content, and marketing teams to align ad strategy
Implement and manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking
Stay up to date with Meta Ads policies, platform updates, and best practices
Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency
