As a Digital Marketing Executive at OSS, you will plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing strategies to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase brand awareness. You will manage digital campaigns across various platforms including SEO, social media, Google Ads, and email marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (organic and paid).

Manage content creation and scheduling for social media, blog, and website.

Optimize website content for SEO and track performance using analytics tools.

Run Google Ads and Meta campaigns with budget management and ROI analysis.

Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, prepare monthly reports, and suggest improvements.

Work with design and web teams to enhance digital user experience and landing pages.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or similar role.

Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative, analytical, and results-oriented mindset.
