Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative, skilled, and enthusiastic Digital Marketing & Social Media Management Executive to manage our digital presence, create engaging content, and handle day-to-day social media activities.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, graphic designing, video editing, content creation, and content writing. The candidate should be capable of creating attractive visuals, reels, videos, and marketing creatives to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

• Plan, create, and execute social media content calendars and posting schedules.

• Design creative images, banners, promotional posts, and marketing materials.

• Create and edit short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, and other engaging visual content.

• Write engaging captions, social media posts, blogs, and marketing content.

• Create original content aligned with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives.

• Schedule, publish, and manage regular posts across social media platforms.

• Monitor audience engagement, comments, messages, and overall social media performance.

• Develop creative ideas and strategies to improve brand visibility, reach, and engagement.

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, content formats, and digital marketing practices.

• Track social media performance and prepare basic reports on reach, engagement, and growth.

• Support digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities as required.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.

• Proficiency in graphic designing tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.

• Knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.

• Strong content writing, caption writing, and copywriting skills.

• Ability to create attractive social media creatives, posters, banners, and promotional content.

• Knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook posts, and other social media formats.

• Understanding of social media algorithms, hashtags, audience engagement, and content strategy.

• Good communication skills, creativity, time management, and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• It is a Full Time Digital Marketing job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
