About the Role
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing campaigns. You will play a key role in growing our brand's digital presence and driving measurable results across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates
Manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Content & Social Media
Create and schedule engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter)
Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce high-quality marketing materials
Manage the content calendar and ensure consistent brand voice
SEO & Website
Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies
Analyze website traffic using Google Analytics and Search Console
Coordinate with developers to improve UX and landing page performance
Email Marketing
Design and execute email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Klaviyo
Segment audiences and personalize communication to improve open and click-through rates
Analytics & Reporting
Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance metrics
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data
Prepare weekly/monthly reports for stakeholders
Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (fresher with strong portfolio may be considered)
Skills
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Working knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz)
Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Tag Manager
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Certifications (Preferred)
Google Ads Certification
HubSpot Content Marketing Certification
Meta Blueprint Certification
