🎯 1. Paid Advertising & ROI (Primary Responsibility)

• Run and manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads

• Plan budgets and targeting to achieve best possible ROI

• Continuous optimisation to reduce CPL and increase conversions

• Scale high-performing campaigns and stop low-performing ads

• Ensure efficient use of ad spends

📱 2. Content Creation & Social Media Handling

• Create engaging content (posts, reels, short videos, ad creatives)

• Handle Instagram, Facebook & other social platforms

• Plan and execute content aligned with ad campaigns & offers

• Improve reach, engagement and brand visibility

• Ensure content supports lead generation & sales

📊 3. Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Track ad performance, engagement and conversions

• Optimise spends based on data

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

• Monitor ROI, CPL and overall campaign effectiveness

• Come up with innovative digital marketing campaigns

• Test new creatives, audiences and formats
