Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive / Manager

Location: Pune.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Professional to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and can lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

• Design, build, and maintain our social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against ROI and KPIs.

• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on insights.

• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels.

• Manage and grow the company’s online presence, content marketing, and brand visibility.

• Work with designers, content creators, and developers to improve conversion rates and drive engagement.

• Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid campaigns.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, SEO, and analytics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Proven working experience in digital marketing (2–5 years preferred).

• Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising.

• Knowledge of WordPress, CRM tools, and email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

• Excellent communication and creative content skills.

• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with e-commerce, B2B/B2C marketing, or digital agencies.

• Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or HubSpot is a plus.

• Familiarity with video marketing, influencer campaigns, and marketing automation tools.
