Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• ✍️ Content Creation:

  • Draft engaging captions, post descriptions, and reel scripts (Marathi + English blend) using A.I.

  • Write content for Reels, Stories, Carousels, Posts, and YouTube Shorts using A.I.

  • Collaborate with the video/design team to develop impactful creatives

• 📅 Content Calendar Management:

  • Maintain and manage a well-planned content calendar aligned with campaign goals, product launches, and events

  • Coordinate timely publishing and delivery of content

• 💬 Audience Engagement & Community Building:

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions

  • Use polls, contests, feedback tools, and stories to spark conversations and build connection

• 📊 Analytics & Insights:

  • Track engagement metrics like reach, saves, shares, comments, and followers

  • Analyze performance and suggest improvement ideas regularly

• 🤝 Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with internal teams, trainers, speakers, and strategists for content inputs

  • Attend events, training shoots, and activities to document real stories and success moments

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field

• 1–2 years of experience in social media content writing or execution

• Strong command over Marathi (spoken and written) and English

• Understanding of Instagram Reels, Story formats, YouTube Shorts, and content trends

• Familiarity with Canva, basic editing tools, and social media scheduling platforms is a plus

• Self-driven, creative mindset, aligned with company's vision and voice
