Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a results-driven and analytical Digital Marketing Executive to help grow our online presence and execute marketing initiatives across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in content marketing, paid advertising, SEO, and social media strategy, with the ability to analyze data and optimize campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.

• Create, schedule, and manage content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media accounts.

• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.

• Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, etc.).

• Manage and update website content using CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).

• Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to improve digital strategy.

• Develop email marketing campaigns, automation workflows, and audience segmentation strategies.

• Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency.

• Track ROI, conversions, and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement and goal achievement.

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Proven experience in digital marketing across multiple channels.

• Strong knowledge of digital tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and CRM tools.

• Hands-on experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Yoast, Google Search Console).

• Excellent understanding of analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Insights, or Data Studio.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with creative thinking abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Basic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator (optional but beneficial).

• Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign).

• Knowledge of A/B testing, funnel optimization, and conversion rate strategies.

• Familiarity with video marketing and content repurposing.
