Digital Marketing Executive

Role Objective:

To enhance the brand awareness of MSD Engineering – The Fire Wala, generate qualified leads, build a complete lead funnel, and position the company as a trusted expert in the fire safety industry.
The candidate will be responsible for building marketing from scratch, handling both strategy and execution, and delivering ROI-focused campaigns.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead Funnel Creation:

• Design a complete lead generation and nurturing funnel.

• Build separate funnels for Fire AMC, Training, Consultancy, and Extinguisher Services.

✅ Target Audience Mapping:

• Define target audiences for Hospitals, Schools, Hotels, Malls, Industries, Builders, and the General Public.

• Run geo-targeted campaigns across Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, and Uttar Pradesh.

✅ Digital Ads Management:

• Run ROI-focused campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and Google My Business.

• Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize ad performance.

✅ Social Media Calendar & Campaign Design:

• Create a monthly social media content calendar.

• Plan awareness, educational, and sales campaigns.

• Design and publish weekly reels, videos, and posts.

✅ Graphic Designing:

• Design creatives for ads, social media posts, and brochures using Canva/Photoshop.

• Maintain brand guidelines consistently.

✅ Landing Page Development:

• Create service-specific landing pages.

• Integrate lead forms and payment collection pages.

• Set up automated thank-you emails after order/service bookings.

✅ Analysis & Reporting:

• Provide weekly reports on CTR, leads, conversion rates, and ROI.

• Conduct campaign optimization and market research.

✅ Future Growth:

• Build a complete marketing automation system.

• Play a key role in building the future marketing team.

📌 KRA (Key Responsibility Areas):

• First 3 months: Lead funnel design, social media setup, and test ads.

• Generate a minimum of 10–15 qualified leads within the first 3 months.

• Create 8–12 reels/videos and 12–16 social media posts per month.

• Achieve a minimum ROI of 3X within 6 months.

• Set up landing pages, payment integration, and auto thank-you mail systems.

• It is a Full Time Digital Marketing job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
