Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive
(Google & Meta Marketing / Account Management / Content Creation)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Executive to manage our Google and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) marketing campaigns, handle account management, and oversee post creation and digital content strategy. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in running paid ad campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and creating engaging social media content that drives results.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Google & Meta Marketing
Plan, create, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
Optimize ad campaigns for ROI, lead generation, and conversions.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
Manage ad budgets and ensure efficient spending.
2. Account Management
Manage multiple brand accounts across Google and Meta platforms.
Coordinate with clients/teams for campaign objectives and approvals.
Conduct regular performance reviews and strategy discussions.
Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
3. Content & Post Creation
Create and schedule engaging social media posts, stories, and reels.
Develop creative copies, captions, and hashtags aligned with brand tone.
Collaborate with designers for visual content (images, videos, GIFs).
Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely posting.
4. Reporting & Optimization
Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, CPC, CTR, and conversions.
Analyze campaign insights and implement improvements.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends and platform algorithm changes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Analytics Tools.
Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and data-driven thinking.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing, and remarketing campaigns.
Knowledge of tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later for scheduling.
Basic understanding of video editing or design tools is a plus.
