Digital Marketer – Performance & Content

Location: Mangaluru
Experience: 1+ year of relevant digital marketing experience

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketer with experience in performance marketing (Meta & Google Ads) and a strong interest in growing into content marketing.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the fundamentals of paid marketing, enjoys experimentation, and wants to build a well-rounded growth marketing skill set across ads, content, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities Performance Marketing (Core Responsibility)

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on:

  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube – basic level)

• Drive campaigns focused on:

  • Lead generation

  • Brand awareness

• Track and optimize key performance metrics such as:

  • CPL, CTR, conversions, reach, and engagement

Content Marketing (Learning & Execution)

• Assist in creating and executing content strategies for:

  • Instagram

  • LinkedIn

  • YouTube (basic support)

  • Blogs and landing pages

• Collaborate with design and video teams on:

  • Ad creatives

  • Content ideas, hooks, and messaging

• Repurpose high-performing ad creatives into organic content formats

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis

• Maintain basic performance reports and dashboards

• Learn and work with tools such as:

  • Google Analytics (GA4)

  • Meta Ads Manager insights

Collaboration & Growth

• Work closely with:

  • Sales team (lead quality and feedback)

  • Content and design teams

  • Tech teams for landing pages and tracking

• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

• Continuously improve skills in performance and content marketing

Required Skills & Qualifications Must-Have

• 1+ year of experience in digital marketing

• Hands-on experience with:

  • Meta Ads

  • Google Ads (basic to intermediate level)

• Good communication skills and a strong learning mindset

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Good-to-Have

• Interest in content creation and storytelling

• Basic knowledge of:

  • Canva or similar design tools

  • Video or reel-based content formats

• Experience in EdTech / SkillTech is a plus

• It is a Full Time Digital Marketing job for candidates with 6 months - 5 years of experience.
