Digital Marketing Executive

MIDAS is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to manage our digital presence and support online lead generation for Solar Rooftop & Renewable Energy solutions.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of Social Media Marketing, Content Creation, SEO and Digital Lead Generation and should be interested in generating measurable business results.

Roles & Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Manage company profiles on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.

• Plan and publish regular posts, reels, videos and promotional content.

• Develop engaging content around solar energy, rooftop solar, electricity savings, projects and customer success stories.

• Maintain consistent company branding across digital platforms.

Content Creation

• Create attractive social media creatives using Canva or similar tools.

• Create and edit short-form videos/reels.

• Write captions, promotional content and basic blogs.

• Research new content ideas and trending topics relevant to the solar industry.

SEO & Online Marketing

• Support website SEO and local SEO activities.

• Conduct basic keyword research and content optimization.

• Manage and improve the company's Google Business Profile.

• Monitor website and search performance.

• Assist with Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

Lead Generation

• Generate customer enquiries through digital marketing channels.

• Manage and track leads generated through social media, website and online campaigns.

• Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and follow-up.

• Monitor lead quality and conversion performance.

• Identify opportunities to improve lead generation and reduce wasted enquiries.

Reporting & Analytics

• Maintain daily/weekly/monthly digital marketing reports.

• Track leads, conversions, campaign performance and website traffic.

• Monitor social media and digital marketing performance.

• Provide regular updates to management.

Market & Competitor Research

• Research competitors and their digital marketing activities.

• Identify new digital marketing opportunities.

• Keep up with social media, SEO and online advertising trends.

• It is a Full Time Digital Marketing job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
